Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import fees, and other additional taxes may be applied in accordance with the destination country's customs laws.

These fees are determined entirely by the receiving country's customs office and are outside of Kapsamoon's control.

All customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer (the customer). The shipping carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these charges when your package arrives in your country.

Important Information

Tracking: You can track every step of your shipment online using the tracking number sent to you after your order is dispatched.

Address: Providing a correct and complete address (including postal code) is critical for international shipments. The buyer is responsible for any delays or returns caused by an incorrect address.

Packages Held in Customs: If an order is not cleared from customs for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., refusal to pay taxes, missing documents), the package may be returned to our warehouse. In this case, the return shipping costs and any other additional fees will be deducted from the customer's refund amount.
